Selectmen have added consulting resources

The Selectmen have added consulting resources to the Town Administrators office to assist Chief LePage as Acting Town Administrator.

Paul Deschaine - served as Town Administrator in Stratham, NH since 1988 and recently retired from that position. His duties included; interface, and liaison between the Board and the public; town departments; volunteer groups, boards, and commissions; and local, state, and federal governments. Paul brings with him his NH municipal government expertise in administration, efficiency and finance. Paul serves on the Board of Directors and as Secretary of the Regional Economic Development Center of Southern NH (REDC). Paul also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Lamprey Regional Cooperative, a 13-member town cooperative formed to meet the solid waste needs of its members.

Becky Merrow - has extensive NH Executive Municipal Management positions including Tax Collector, Town Clerk, Director of Public Works, Town Administrator and Town Manager. Her skills include: policy analysis, budget prep, human resources, SB2 town budgeting and procedures . Becky has secured grants for drinking water, preschool program and is an instructor for grant writing. She has been appointed by NH Governors to the Rural Affairs Committee and Women’s National Leadership Forum.
