Brown Academy Scholarship Program

The Brown’s Academy Trustees annually award scholarships from the proceeds of the Brown Academy Trust. Scholarships will be awarded to qualified residents of East Kingston who are or will be enrolled in an approved two, three or four-year undergraduate program and who meet the criteria of the selection committee. Applications are due to the trustees by May 1st and recipients are notified once the Trustees meet. The scholarships are effective for the following academic year. The application period for the scholarships is March 1 to May 1 of every year. Applicants have to reapply for every year they are in college.

For consideration, each applicant must complete the Brown’s Academy Trustees Scholarship Application.

Seniors at Exeter Area High School should comply with the school’s Local Scholarship Program guidelines or, like seniors at other high schools, can download the application above.

Completed application forms must be submitted to the Trustees by May 1st.

The scholarships that are awarded annually:

1. The Brown Academy Trustees’ Scholarship(s) will be awarded annually to Exeter High School senior(s), or first-year college student(s), who has been accepted into an approved program. View more information and specific requirements for the high school scholarship (pdf).
